SKIN MEMBERSHIP FAQs
Membership Terms
To ensure every member receives the highest standard of care and availability, the following terms apply to the Haus of Flawless Skin Membership.

Membership is £99 every 4 weeks, collected by Direct Debit.

A minimum commitment of three consecutive payments applies when joining.

Your membership includes one personalised advanced skin treatment every four weeks.

Membership appointments cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to rearrange an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will result in that month's treatment being forfeited.

30 days' written notice is required if you wish to cancel your membership after the minimum commitment period has been completed.

Founding Members will retain their £99 membership price for life, provided their membership remains active and continuous.

Member discounts apply to full-priced treatments and skincare products only and cannot usually be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

All treatments remain subject to consultation and clinical suitability. Where a treatment is not appropriate on the day, an alternative treatment may be recommended in the interests of your skin health and safety.
