Haus of Flawless

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, treatments and services provided by Haus of Flawless. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system or direct contact.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Deposits

Deposits are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable (unless stated otherwise)

Deposits secure your appointment time and cover late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours → deposit is retained

  • No-shows → full deposit is retained and future bookings may require full payment upfront

This policy ensures fairness to both the business and other clients.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

  • Your treatment time may be reduced

  • In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled

Late arrivals may still be charged in full.

5. Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation and professional assessment.

Haus of Flawless reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or delay treatment where it is not deemed safe or appropriate

  • Modify treatment plans based on individual skin condition or medical history

Clients must provide accurate and complete information during consultation.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver the highest standard of results:

  • Individual outcomes may vary

  • Results cannot be guaranteed

  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results

Treatment recommendations are provided based on professional experience and clinical judgement.

7. Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

  • Medical conditions

  • Allergies

  • Medications

  • Skin sensitivities

Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment outcomes and safety. Haus of Flawless cannot be held responsible for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

8. Refund Policy

All treatments and services are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction where treatment has been performed correctly

  • Variation in individual results

If you have concerns, we encourage you to contact us so we can review and advise appropriately.

9. Course Treatments

Courses must be paid in full or as agreed.

  • Courses are non-refundable

  • Sessions must be used within a reasonable timeframe

  • Missed appointments may result in loss of that session

10. Liability

Haus of Flawless will not be held liable for:

  • Adverse reactions where aftercare advice has not been followed

  • Undisclosed medical conditions

  • Expected temporary side effects (e.g. redness, sensitivity, swelling)

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.

11. Aftercare Responsibility

Post-treatment care is essential for optimal results.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may:

  • Affect results

  • Increase risk of complications

Haus of Flawless is not responsible for outcomes where aftercare has not been followed.

12. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices at the time of booking will be honoured.

13. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

  • Non-refundable

  • Must be used before expiry date

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
